In Our Garden Sardinia

A little expensive for what it is. The spaces are cluttered and not very clean. The ecological shower was not working, leaving only the shared bathroom available for the ten campers present. But the hosts were really friendly.

Rough access road and the entire area is in a hoarder-like state... unfortunately, very disappointing! We drove straight on without batting an eyelid. Anyone who pays money for this clearly has too much of it!

One-night camper stop. This place has a magic all its own, with untouched nature and a special charm. The owners are kind and helpful. There is no electricity and no water or waste-disposal facilities. Dinner is available on site. The access road is narrow and has potholes. I had a 5.90 m vehicle.

A good pitch for visiting Cagliari or Villasimius. We found one bathroom with a shower and toilet a little inadequate, even considering the dry toilet and cold outdoor shower at the pitches. Unfortunately, the pool was not filled. We did not use the various chill-out areas with hammocks and so on.

One combined toilet and shower is a little inadequate, but at least it is clean. Otherwise, the whole site was a bit too cluttered for us—building materials, boxes and so on everywhere. For that, €30 is a little too much. Olive oil could be purchased for €15 per liter, bottled in plastic.

Incredibly beautiful and very friendly. Simply highly recommended. Wine, oils, garlic and so on are all homemade.

We spent two nights there at the beginning of November, although we had planned only one. It is an unusual but very pleasant place. The beach and supermarket are 12 minutes away, and Cagliari is 25 minutes away. For those seeking authenticity and simplicity, Ramona and her partner are extremely kind.

For us, an absolutely wonderful place! Ramona gave us a warm welcome. We really enjoyed the peace on the property and the freedom to explore everything. We had a fantastic social dinner on the farm with other campers. The sanitary facilities and kitchen were very clean and tidy. Wonderful farm products made on site—wine, olive oil, jams and more. The surroundings are not idyllic at all! Constant disturbance from aircraft taking off and the nearby motorway. There is no drinking water to fill the camper's tank. Fortunately, the shower and toilet were clean. There was no restaurant that evening. €30 is a rip-off for so little service.

You get exactly what was described. An idyllic farm with olive and orange trees as far as the eye can see. Everything is very simple, but that is somehow what makes it special. You can enjoy the peace, the starry sky and fresh products directly from the farm. Ramona is very kind and helpful and shows you the whole farm and its culture. A wonderfully beautiful place! Beautiful farm surrounded by orchards, run by Ramona and Claudio, two truly wonderful people with whom we felt very comfortable. On the evening we arrived, we had dinner with them and one of their friends and had a great time. Dinner was made from their own products, everything was delicious, and the myrtle liqueur and wine they make are spectacular. We will definitely return next year.

As a solo traveler, €25 per night is quite steep. In return, there was a sanitary facility as described, with a hot shower that I never had to queue for. You can choose your own pitch, and there are many free hammocks. The cycle route to Cagliari is only possible on the road as far as Margine Rosso; after that, there is an excellent cycle path along the Poetto promenade into the city, taking about 75 minutes.
