3 Rue de la Fontaine, 82800, Bruniquel
Been here?
Shaded, fairly flat spot on the left bank of the Vère, with a grassy picnic area nearby. Overnight stays are possible, but access is narrow with sharp turns. A small river is available for bathing, although the water is not very clean. Picnic tables are across the river, reached by a bridge.

Very shady, with some locals enjoying swimming at the end of the day. However, I do not recommend swimming; the water is not very clean. Many dog owners pass by with their dogs, so it is a great spot if you have a dog like me!
Very good, we spent the night here. No barrier or sign prohibiting access. There is also a small river for swimming.
Peaceful place to stay, within walking distance to the village but still feels like you’re secluded in nature here. No signs or barriers that we saw (perhaps it was previous construction done to the road and the area below). Be careful though, the access is very narrow and has some sharp turns. Not suitable for large motorhomes.
I couldn't see any signs of barriers or signs prohibiting overnight stays. Access was fine when I spent a day there snoozing after a mountain bike ride. Lovely spot with nice grassed area for picnics, though no tables now (so you have to cross the small river by bridge where there are plenty of tables).
Warning: barrier and overnight parking prohibited, and the area is prone to flooding during severe storms!
