35 Village, 09800, Aucazein
Been here?
Small riverside spot for 2 to 3 vehicles, shaded and away from the road, with access to the water. A potable-water fountain is 50m away, but there are no formal services. Recent reports mention a house beside the spot and incessant barking, making it noisy. The ground can be very damp in autumn.

Noisy site because of incessant barking. We turned around.Translating
Very bad experience; the locals treated us poorly because previous motorhome travellers had soiled the fields around the spot—thanks for the smell today, by the way... even though there are toilets in the village. In addition, the place is next to a kennel, so there was incessant barking at night. My advice: move on.Translating
Lovely little shady green spot by the water. Easy access for 2 or 3 vans. Fountain 50 m away. Special mention for the restaurant "Lo ti Kaz" just across the water: Réunionese specialities made with vegetables from the garden.Translating
Good spot to stop for a while; the drinking-water tap is a plus. However, it is very damp in autumn, and the noise was continuous all night, between the barking dogs and the river torrent. It was fine in the van, but in a roof tent it was unbearable for a light sleeper.Translating
Great little place, quiet and cool. During this heatwave it is a true haven of freshness. You just need to go a little farther than the marker indicates.Translating
I went a little past the marker. The tap is on the left when arriving, just before the streetlamp. Great spot with a descent to the river for cooling off. A few love bugs... 4G, shaded.Translating
Convenient roadside parking, just before rejoining the M9, with little traffic during the night. Indeed, a lovely view of the river.Translating
