31M Barrio Ajo-Mies Ampudia, 39170, Bareyo
Been here?
A quiet parking area near the village, with two children’s playgrounds nearby, including one covered playground. Shops are less than 5 minutes away on foot, while the Faro de Ajo is about 10 minutes away by motorhome. Parking spaces have a 5.5 meters maximum, and the area is generally calm with daytime walkers.

Quiet and quite delightful. Love the sounds of the locals going for a walk in the evening with their children and dogs. I wouldn’t think of taking any chairs or tables or awnings out here on the path, it would seem utterly rude and disrespectful. We spent a calm and peaceful night here and thank the community for allowing us to pass through the area without a problem. Bins available and 5G was great.
Ideal stop with children. There are two playgrounds nearby, one of them covered. A bin is right next to it and several shops are less than five minutes’ walk away. Ajo lighthouse is 10 minutes away by motorhome, although it is only open from 11 a.m.
Very good parking area for leaving the motorhome. Close to everything, with a children’s playground next to it.
Quiet night, with two more vans.
Spacious and quiet place. We spent one night without any problems. It is close to the village, so you can walk there for a drink or dinner, and there are blocks of flats nearby that provide additional peace and quiet. There were two other vans with us.
5.5 meters maximum, we barely fit into the parking spaces. The space is large, empty, and quiet. There's a second row of parking spaces right in front, further away from the playground and definitely quieter.
It was a great place. We stayed for two nights and had no problems at all. The town is incredibly beautiful; we’ll definitely come again :)
We went to park overnight, and a neighbour warned us that there had been several problems with the town hall and local police over the previous few days.
There were 30 of us that night, and I was the only foreigner; the Spaniards love the place. Beautiful and very quiet. We cycled around to discover the magnificent coast. Shops nearby: bakery, butcher, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
Good place to leave the motorhome and visit the village, go to the laundrette, hike to Ajo lighthouse, go to the beach, and so on. Quiet nights, with people walking around during the day.
We have slept here several times and never had any problems. However, this time there were youngsters drinking in the street, loud music, and cars spinning and honking.
Good parking area, but youngsters drinking in the street, music at night, and cars spinning. Local residents are very unhappy with the area. It has deteriorated; it is no longer what it used to be. I do not recommend it.
Ideal for parking and walking around the area. It seems quiet for sleeping, but we are not going to stay. Lots of motorhomes parked across four spaces; let's use some common sense!
Very quiet. Young people do pass by around 11 p.m.–midnight talking, but there is no other noise. There are many spaces, it is next to the village, and fairly level.
It is a simple place, but a splendid walking area along the coast with its inlets.
