Shaded canal-side, one vehicle only

Not bad for spending the night; quiet and attractive place.

Very beautiful setting by the water, very clean. However, be careful accessing it with motorhomes because branches overhang the road. I do not understand the comments mentioning noise, because it was very quiet and we could hear the birds singing.

Three stars for the quiet; otherwise, this place is not suitable for motorhomes because it is at the end of a muddy road.

Beware, turning around is complicated because bollards have been installed, reducing the space to one vehicle.

Warning: only suitable for all-terrain vehicles.

More tightly cropped, unrepresentative photos. Well, the setting is nice. But I understand the negative comment. The Waze link takes you to the wrong side; it takes 10 minutes to go around. The site is continuously very noisy, day and night. A village is 100 m away and, above all, a four-lane road is less than 1 km away. What a shame! Please be kind and tell the whole truth with supporting photos. This is a community-help site, not an exhibition gallery.

It is impossible that Johnny Malle was talking about the same place! He must have parked in the lot on the other side of the waterway! Please post photos to prove your comment and avoid any misunderstanding, because this is not a dirty parking lot. On the opposite bank at the same level, there is a parking area near the houses that is much less charming. ☺️

Very peaceful spot beside the Nantes–Brest Canal, with a great little waterside area for the dogs.
