16 Rue des Lavandières, 43390, Auzon
Been here?
A free natural spot beside the Allier, with picnic tables and possibilities for swimming. Recent reports say the access road is heavily overgrown and may scratch vehicles, while the damaged track is unsuitable for 7-meter motorhomes. It is better suited to small vans, and the area is quiet. A bakery and tourist office are available in Auzon.

This is probably a quiet place but the vegetation along the access road overgrown a lot and in summer it may scratch some vehicles, so it is probably more suitable for small vans than motorhomes.
Great place, quiet, with swimming. We loved it as a family.
I loved this very natural place. Ideal for swimming. Great!
We tried to get there with a 7 m motorhome. Impossible! The road is badly damaged, perhaps suitable for very small vehicles, but otherwise AVOID!!
Bumpy track; currently it is impossible to reach the riverbank because of the damaged road, stones and huge puddles. It might be possible with a 4x4 or small van by cutting across the tall grass. We stayed a little upstream, but in that case it is just a spot in a clearing. Quiet, good signal.
