Seafront parking, weekend people noise

Parking opposite the beach, with good access. Just behind the beach bar there are public toilets and a shower, open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The beach is beautiful, though rocky in places. A viewing walkway runs through the dunes. Very tasty restaurants are three minutes from the parking area. A major downside is the noise until late at night. Unfortunately, cars and motorcycles drive very fast along the cobbled road, and there is a lot of rubbish in the parking area.

The location is excellent: the village is on one side, restaurants on the other, and the beach and windmills in front. As soon as you arrive in the village there is a small market, and at the entrance there are public toilets with showers. The only drawback is the cobbled road in front, which surprisingly has a lot of traffic and creates terrible noise. It has space for only about half a dozen motorhomes.

We are grateful to be facing the ocean; it is great for one or two nights. On the other hand, the cobbled street is a little noisy. It is still worth it.

Very noisy spot because of passing cars, as the parking spaces are near the road. A few spots are flat, then it becomes narrow.

Nice place to spend the night with a sea view if you arrive early enough! Directly beside the road, which is heavily trafficked during the day and until late evening. A pavement runs right beside the vehicle, with many pedestrians, both locals and many pilgrims. The beach is clean and extensive, without lifeguards. Dogs are allowed on the beach, and there is a bin nearby.

I recommend the place for daytime parking for a small van, with camping allowed, facing the ocean, the fishermen’s auction, and the beach. Clean, free public toilets with toilet paper and soap are 50 metres away; showers are also available, though I did not try them. Thanks to the town of Apulia. A little higher up, next to the windmills, you can park a motorhome or long van.

Roadside parking with a somewhat uneven but acceptable surface. Very noisy because of passing cars. Conveniently close to the beach by the windmills and to restaurants and bars where you can spend the evening.

The site is good for going to the beach, which is only about 100 metres away, and the sunset on this beach is very beautiful. On the other hand, the road is heavily trafficked and cobbled, making it very noisy. Cars pass practically all night, increasing from 6 a.m. It is good for spending the day, but not for sleeping.

Main advantages of the spot: facing the ocean with a beautiful beach, very close to the windmills and restaurants. Disadvantages: noisy cobbled road, construction site right next door—in short, not very quiet.

Very beautiful setting, and a superb beach right opposite. Nice for one night and a walk along the path of the old mills. However, the road was very busy on a Friday evening, and therefore quite noisy from traffic.

A very good place to spend the night and the day. There are several level parking spaces. There is some traffic at sunset and sunrise from people coming to and leaving the beach.

We spent one night here. Perfect for that. Direct access to the beach via a long pier. Many restaurants very close by. Fairly quiet at night. It is a little louder when cars pass, but it did not bother us.

Our last destination left us speechless. A secret corner where nature blends with comfort. We enjoyed dinner under the stars with the sound of the sea. The best part? Being just a few steps from the beach. Our motorhome was parked right in front of the sea, allowing us to enjoy long walks along the shore, refreshing swims and unforgettable sunsets.
