Town parking, fairground access issue

Parking without services near the municipal campsite and the town of Prades. It can be useful for one night, but recent access was unavailable because travelling fairground workers occupied the whole area. Reports also describe sloping ground and road noise.

We could not park in January because traveling fairground workers were camped there and occupying the entire area.
I slept near the school. It works for one night, but there is no shade.
Well-located parking for visiting the city during the day, but the ground is sloped and it is not quiet, being very close to the road.
Another shaded gravel parking area 50 meters away, beside the school restaurant. Empty outside school periods.
Perfect for visiting the city and its church. No services. Relatively quiet and level.
