Okay, the extra £2 for a later arrival is not so bad, but completely unnecessary. The six emails after booking suggest that the pitches are quite small, and they even prescribe which direction you must position your vehicle's habitation door. Grey water cannot be emptied; regardless of how you try, it does not work for vehicles with the outlet in the middle.

Lots of picky unfair reviews of this place. It’s great value compared to the club site nextdoor. Most of the complaints seem unfair and pick. Pitches aren’t massive but the location is good and the staff are friendly.

Just wanted 30l fresh water, was not an option. Caravan Park next to it same thing. Why the hack is it such a problem to give some water

£17p/n no EHU. Nice site, 10 minutes walk into Moffatt centre. On site cafe which served a lovely breakfast roll and coffee. Toilets were clean however showers were £2 per 4 mins we didn’t use, only accepts £1 coins. Would return for a stay close to Moffat centre, decent enough value for money

Well what an experience! Online booking only paid in advance and an additional fee for late arrival after 3pm, which is automatically taken. Lots of cctv you're being watched all the time. Clean showers charged at £1 for 4 min of water, toilets.

Worst and most stressful site we’ve ever stayed at! Far too many rules and CCTV everywhere, even in the washrooms. The most ridicules barrier system and extra fees for an arrival after 4pm with prior arrangement only. It did not feel welcoming and relaxing at all. Just a car park with cameras everywhere. We would definitely not recommend this place at all!!!

Too many rules, regulations and add on's, oh and emails! We felt as though we couldn't relax even just for one night. Don't like going to a site where you feel like you're being watched all the time. Clean showers, toilets etc but definitely won't be returning.

The weirdest fee structure of any site we’ve been on! Additional £1 for cleaning, only a 5kw allowance on ehu for effectively a £6.5 charge, then 30p per kw thereafter. If you arrive after4pm, an additional £2. Showers not used but additional charges. Ridiculous barrier system and rule/regulations rudely put when we arrived for effectively an unpleasant, not level car park! we won’t be back!

We stayed here last night for 1 night whilst on route to Glasgow. Booked on the website before we arrived . Whilst on route got a phone call to say there was a late fee applied as we booked for a slot at 1630 !. And there are no facilities not even bins until April time. You’re able to fill up with water and empty grey waste and black waste but that’s all.

Online check-in only, £18 for 7m motorhome and 2 people with electricity. No problem getting in the campground during check-in hours, the gate was already open. They do charge extra for shower and WiFi though (£1 each).

Il ne leur était apparemment pas possible de nous laisser utiliser leurs services (même payant) d’après la réceptionniste peu aimable. Elle ne nous a même pas laissé le temps de lui demander si prendre une nuit était possible. Bref, un arrêt inutile et désagréable.

According to the rather unfriendly receptionist, it was apparently not possible to let us use their services, even for payment. She did not even give us time to ask whether staying for one night was possible. In short, a pointless and unpleasant stop.

Actually a nice site. Charging for the shower is borderline at this price. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Washing dishes is only possible with cold water.

easy check in & generous level pitch EHU in the circle for 2 nights & decided to stay an extra night so moved over to the aire on EHU pitches are 10amp shower blocks were clean & costs £1 4 minwe didnt use showers so cant comment if good. went to black bull pub but expensive. cheapest lager was £6.40 a pint went to the Balmoral & they also has a pretty beer garden & much cheaper £4.10 a pint

Slightly strange arrangement. We booked online a few hours before arrival. We received 6 emails with a huge amount of information about what we were and were not allowed to do, but no code for the barrier, which was closed at 4:30 pm on Sunday. We walked through the rain to the 'reception', where nobody was present. We got the code by phone. We then received another 4 emails from them, but never saw anyone in person.
