Been here?
A small parking area beside a lively pond with ducks, geese and other water birds, but it is designed for cars rather than motorhomes. A 6m van fits only just, and larger motorhomes may be asked to leave if they occupy too much space. The D917 is busy before 7am, while the pond, nearby A1 access and on-site bins are useful features; there are no other services.

Lovely pond with lots of life! Ducks, geese, etc. It makes the place feel lively. However, the parking area is intended only for cars.
It’s not bad. You sleep well there. But the D917 is quite busy, even before 7 a.m., which may prevent you from falling back asleep. The birds may also give you a little concert. Bins on site. You could try the large parking area at the secondary school a little higher up. Positive: close to the A1 and a service station next door.
For my six-meter van, it is just barely suitable, with the rear close to the fence. Two large motorhomes were parked lengthwise; the police came in the early afternoon and asked them to leave if they could not park differently because they were taking up too much space. I went to ask about my own vehicle, and they said my parking was not a problem.
Excellent for sleeping, with the sound of ducks.
Very quiet and pleasant place. Only two stars because the spaces are intended for cars, making it difficult to park a motorhome. With our 5.99-meter van, we parked where the barriers at the back were missing so we would not extend onto the road.
A little difficult to get to with a wide camper through the narrow streets but worth while! Quiet with only a little traffic noise. A good place for bird watching with greese, ducks and other water birds.
Parking area that could be pleasant for one night. Our night was disturbed by a group of young people in cars partying with loud music during the week.
