Route des Falaises, 2000, Neuchâtel
Been here?
A basic municipal motorhome parking area beside the road and over a motorway tunnel, next to the public swimming pool and lake, a level walk or short bus ride from central Neuchâtel. Costs 20 CHF/24h with free electricity (Swiss plugs, adapter often needed) and water; black water dump works but grey water drainage is limited or unavailable. Small pitches suit shorter vans better than long motorhomes. Traffic noise is noticeable by day but quiets down at night, and services close in winter.

The night was very peaceful despite the proximity of the highway. The lake is enchanting and only a few meters from the parking area! I cannot wait to return; a wonderful place.
The place exactly matches the description. It is not possible to access it via the swimming-pool parking area. Google was confused because the site is directly above the motorway tunnel. On our third attempt, we were finally on the correct road.
Very convenient for visiting the city by bicycle. A cycle path follows the lakeshore. A bus stop is also very close, Sars 55. We spent one weekday night, so the traffic from the nearby road and motorway was tolerable, although it starts quite early in the morning, around 6:30–7:00. CHF 20 per 24 hours. Electricity and fresh water available, with the possibility of emptying black water.
The nomads still do whatever they want with their dog, unfortunately. Otherwise, a very pleasant area.
Convenient for discovering the city by bicycle or public transport. Free water and electricity. Very little traffic at night.
Waste disposal and water filling closed until March. Electricity available free of charge with Swiss sockets.
Very good for cassette toilets, but the water flow is too strong. I usually use three capfuls of water for one-third of a capful of product. Here, three capfuls... that's strange :-)
What is unfortunate—and I am beginning to understand some of the people who criticize motorhomes—is the motorhome that parked right in front of the service point, with its awning almost over the terminal. It makes it very difficult for other users to use it. Moreover, when we talk to the person, they reply that it is a parking space and that this is normal.
We spent a very peaceful night, next to the municipal pool and with access to the lake. Bus 121 to the center stops at the pool entrance.
Accurate information... excellent black-water service, NO grey-water discharge. Quiet... electricity included, but only two international sockets; the others have Swiss three-pin connectors.
The services work, but there is no grey-water drain unless you have a basin.
Free water and waste disposal. Very good flow. I did not park overnight.
Free services. No way to empty wastewater except with a basin. Paid parking with the center easily accessible by bus.
Free service, excellent condition. There is no way to fill out grey water
