Small, peaceful campsite in the middle of Hjarnø, with large pitches, island views and no direct beach access. A basic shop, bread service, clean sanitary facilities and grey-water disposal are available. Recent prices include 170 kr for one night without electricity, 35 kr for electricity and 5 kr for long showers; one night for two adults with camper and electricity was 210 kr. The site is known for quiet surroundings and friendly operators.

Fantastic little cozy campsite with many good facilities and basic necessities available in the shop. We are here in high season, yet the price is far below Danish standards. The facilities are excellent and it is peaceful. The pitches are large and our van looks small, even though we only took a tent pitch. If you cannot arrive before 6 p.m., you can book online.
Such a lovely place. Everything is in perfect order. 170 kroner for one night without electricity, electricity 35 kroner, and wonderfully long showers for 5 kroner. Highly recommended.

We stayed on the island for two nights at the end of September. If you love solitude, this is exactly the right place. Otherwise, everything is as described. One star deducted because the price information is incomplete. P.S. The ferry crossing in strong wind is quite an experience.
A wonderful place in peaceful nature. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. The pitches are very large, on a beautiful meadow with a magnificent view. Hjarnø Camping is highly recommended.
