Forest view, heavy summer traffic

A forest parking spot beside a road with a beautiful view, peaceful nights, and no litter reported recently. Daytime traffic can be very heavy in summer, while earlier stays found the road quiet later in the evening. Access from Slovenia may involve 30 kilometers of unpaved road; the normal asphalt route via D3 avoids this.

We stayed one night and it was amazing. No trash a it's quiet at night. BUT if you're driving from Rijeka, you're gonna see a shortcut, dont go there, it's a terrible and dangerous road. take the normal asphalt road!!
We slept peacefully through the night, with a beautiful view.
Very busy road. It is a sunset spot for around 30 holiday homes nearby. During the day, many people drive to the nearby park via this road. It is summer now, so perhaps it is quiet outside the season. The police also came by, but said nothing and drove on.
This is a fantastic spot where you can enjoy the sound of nature. It is alongside a road, but don't let that put you off. Over the last 18 hours about 3 cars have driven past. there's a look out tower just to the right of the area which you can watch a fantastic sunset and sunrise from. There isn't any shade but you do get a lovely cool breeze.
Lovely camping spot. We stayed there for two nights; apart from the wind, it was very quiet.
Everything was great, little traffic, and one car with visitors at night. Beautiful view and a little wind in the morning.
Beautiful view! And a quiet road. The road from Slovenia through the mountains to get there involves 30 km of unpaved driving. To avoid this, the route from the D3 is better.
