Well-kept riverside area, clean toilets

Really a great motorhome site! The spaces are generously laid out and offer enough room for every type of vehicle. Great leisure opportunities in the surrounding area. The toilets were very clean and the service facilities worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the pizzeria did not impress us. From around 4 a.m. it gets quite noisy because of cars and trucks. With showers, the site would be perfect.

Very clean and well-maintained site. Close to the motorway but far enough away that you cannot hear it. Right by the water. Clean toilets. There is a pizzeria directly on the site, highly recommended. Ideal for a stopover on the way south.

Good place to stop for one night. Quiet and peaceful. Remember that you need coins for electricity and water refills.

Unfortunately very noisy due to the road. Cars drive through the parking area and park in the turning area to be right next to the beach volleyball court. What a shame. The facility with the playground was very well designed. The Italian pizzeria near the site is very good and popular. Unfortunately, the town is slowly dying out.

Beautiful site! We stayed here for a week and were able to cool off in the Main during the hot weather. Dogs can go in the water too. We really like coming here and have already visited several times. The pizzeria on site is excellent, and in town we can highly recommend the local restaurant Zur Goldenen Traube, open Thursday to Sunday, where you can eat at reasonable prices. We will be back!

Good motorhome site right by the water. The toilets are so-so.

We stayed here for one night while passing through and were very satisfied. We parked directly on the Main. The site was level, so we did not need leveling blocks. There was no electrical hookup at our spot. The restaurant directly on site is recommended. Service facilities were perfect.

Best site caretaker ever, super friendly and helpful. The city is a five-minute walk away, the Main is right outside the motorhome door, and everything costs just €12.

There is an ice cream vending machine beside the football field at the end of the grounds. There is also a child-friendly swimming area with a water playground and beach volleyball court. Easy check-in. The site costs €12 for 24 hours. We will gladly return.

A beautifully laid-out and very clean site. There is a sports facility nearby, but I did not find it disturbing. A main road runs close by, so there is definitely some noise, but you get used to it. Service facilities are well developed. Without the main road, five stars. Also suitable for very large motorhomes: 10 meters easily, and 12 meters in principle, although parking is more difficult.

Beautiful grounds. The football field is right next door, and children can use it too. However, during the week the site was too noisy for us at night because of the heavily used road. On Sundays, when trucks do not drive, it is certainly much quieter.

Nice motorhome site for short overnight stays. The facility is generally well maintained and lies directly on the Rhine; the city has done a good job. Parking costs €12, water costs 10 cents, as does electricity. Light sleepers may not want to stay here because of the main road, which is quiet between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. Alternatively, choose a spot directly on the Rhine without electricity, which is quieter.

Very nice site with a playground and seating by the water. A pizzeria is directly adjacent, and the toilets are in the same building. The only deduction is for the road, which was quite loud.

We came here because of the great reviews, and everything was as described: a beautiful, large, well-maintained site with everything. But there were barking dogs on our left and behind us, and a motorhome, car, and awning occupying one pitch is unacceptable. Bass from speakers was booming from the opposite bank, while traffic and trucks rumbled past behind us until late at night. What a shame for such a site.

A very nice motorhome site. €12 for 24 hours. Electricity €0.50 per kWh. Water and waste services available. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails. Good Franconian restaurants and a Rewe supermarket with bakery and butcher nearby. Some road noise. Playground and boules court right next door.

Everything is great. For the price, the best motorhome site ever. Even the Camping-Car Park sites in France could learn something from it.

As already described in other comments, a very nice site directly on the Main. Clean and tidy. Water filling and waste disposal available. Electricity can be added if needed. Registration is very easy via a parking meter, so late arrival is possible. The only issue is that the road noise can sometimes be a little loud, but it did not bother us personally.

Very beautiful and well-maintained motorhome site—many thanks to the town of Marktbreit! It gets very full in the evening, so arriving early is advisable. The toilets are clean, but there are no showers, hence only four stars. The road is clearly audible, though traffic is lighter at night. The adjacent pizzeria is definitely worth a visit; both the pasta dishes and pizza are delicious.
