This free municipal parking area is a quiet overnight stop on the heights, with level asphalt spaces and excellent mountain views. It has public toilets, a fresh-water fountain, rubbish bins and access to walking routes. The upper spaces are quieter, although dog walkers and occasional evening visitors pass through. Construction currently starts at 9.00, and the upper barrier can be opened manually.

Flat, paved parking area. We spent a quiet, safe night here. However, construction is currently underway and starts at 9 a.m. There is a barrier at the parking spaces further up, but it can be opened. I think it would not have been a problem there either. mick38 must have been in the twilight zone! This is an amazing park up. A stunning view of the mountains overlooking a beautiful meadow which you can walk on. We spent a quiet night here in late March 2025 Super stop over and the start point for Hikes and bicycle routes.
Great free municipal parking area. There is a small fountain with fresh water and relatively well-maintained toilet facilities. We were alone there at night. In the morning, a few locals came for walks and to walk their dogs. Overall, a good stopover in Aosta, with great views of the mountains!Translating
Parking area with hardly any view. It is a shame that some people use the toilets as if they were in a campsite to wash dishes, laundry, hair, etc., under the disapproving gaze of the locals. They also take up two or three parking spaces with their large vehicles.Translating
