This petrol station offers a parking area beside clean toilets, with lighting and 24-hour guarding. The site is directly beside the expressway but has been suitable for a relatively quiet overnight stop, and the station includes a shop, restaurant, picnic tables and WiFi. Water can be filled with good pressure, but there is no black-water disposal.

Great spot for filling up with water, with good pressure.
OK for a short break.
We stopped here to empty our toilet. But there doesn't seem to be a place for black water. Seeing that there's not a lot of places in Albania on P4N to do this (outside of campgrounds), I recommend to remove the icon, so people don't stop here for nothing.
We ate at the restaurant and were able to fill up with water, but we had to justify it. Too many people, and there was not enough flow to fill up, so it took a long time.
Indeed! Great team. Helped me soo much with the car. Food was great. Could charge my computer and phone. Rest and continue. Also there is next to the picnic area a water thing so you can wash tuff - in my case plates. I would recommend!
