Been here?
A quiet lakeside parking place for an overnight stay, with many spaces and room for vehicles up to 7 m according to recent feedback. Swimming, fishing and wakeboarding are available during summer daytime, with a 5 Euro entrance fee and toilets at the lake. The gates close at night, and the watersports operator reportedly objects to motorhomes and may threaten removal.

I spent one self-sufficient night here in a micro-camper. The lake is closed in the evening. I think the place is great. There are many other pitches all around.
Unfortunately, it is dangerous to park here, as you may be towed away, in my opinion illegally. Wonderfully quiet, with room even for a longer motorhome. But the operator of the water-ski facility dislikes motorhomes. He instructed the cashier at the lake and water-ski entrance to attach towing-threat notices to motorhomes, even though no sign prohibits parking.
Quiet place to spend one night. Vehicles up to 7 m should have no problems. We stayed there with two vans. Dog owners walk their dogs there; everyone was very friendly.
The spaces are only suitable for cars, but you can also park along the railway line 50 m farther on.
Absolutely good spot! You have to pay admission for the lake, where there are also toilets, but you can simply park at this lot for free. There are many parking spaces; when we were there, we were alone. Shaded, and 15 minutes by bicycle to Erfurt city center. Some houses and allotment gardens border the site, but it was very quiet.
