This is a functional truck parking area near Sforzesco Castle, the park, city center and a cycle path. It is quiet, has morning shade and grass suitable for walking a dog, although rubbish and mosquitoes are present. Parking and sleeping are tolerated without camping equipment, so tents and outside tables must not be set up.

I spent a day here, working from my van. It was good because it’s quiet, there’s shade from the sun in the morning, and there’s grass where my dog could walk and smell around. Nice walks to the castle and park nearby. Some rubbish around but not too bad. Not romantic but functional.
We parked at the back near the trees. We were able to cook, eat peacefully, and sleep without noise. Apart from the rubbish scattered on the ground and the ever-present mosquitoes, it is quite nice.
We were there on Easter Day; we slept and everything was fine. The local police said it was okay to stay here, but without camping—just park and sleep without opening awnings or putting out tables. It is convenient because it is directly by the park, near the castle and the start of the cycle path. We emptied our tanks; there are no services.
