Been here?
This is a large campsite with spacious pitches, playgrounds, a TV room, courtyard, campfire area and ball games. The service buildings are dated but generally clean, with showers, toilets and kitchen facilities. A nearby bus stop provides access to Copenhagen on bus 150S in about 30 minutes, although the motorway is clearly audible from the campsite.

We spent two nights. Clean bathrooms, showers, and kitchen. Direct access to the bus stop for the city, number 150S. The man at reception was very kind and gave us all the information. Playground for the children.
A good base for Copenhagen. The campsite looks wooded, but you can clearly hear the highway. Good bus connection to the city, bus 150S, about 30 minutes, within walking distance from the campsite. The sanitary facilities are outdated but clean. The playground is nice for young children. The campsite could use some care, but it is definitely recommended as a city campsite and base.
We have already been here for the third time to visit relatives nearby, so the site is ideal for us. Beautiful surroundings, large pitches, friendly welcome. The sanitary facilities are naturally getting old and could be renovated, but they were clean. We will certainly come again, as its location is perfect for us. The surroundings are fantastic to explore by bike.
We would most like to give zero stars!!!! It started with the reception smelling strongly of smoke. The sanitary facilities were an absolute disaster. Unfortunately, only the communal bathrooms were open—the smell of urine and feces, urine on the toilet rim, and toilet paper on the floor were disgusting. Apart from the surroundings, there was constant highway noise. Not worth €68.
Campsite very suitable for visiting Copenhagen. Reception explains how to get there by bus, 30 minutes, with a 10-minute walk from the campsite. Tickets can be bought through an app; if it does not work, as happened to us, there is an ATM in town to pay the bus driver directly with small notes. Clean facilities, family showers, and baby sanitary area. The four-lane road is next to it but quiet at night. Functional campsite; do not expect anything more. €70 per night for three adults, one child, and a van without electricity.
Very friendly reception. Unfortunately, the rest cannot match it. The site appears well maintained but is getting old. The sanitary facilities are okay; the room for emptying the chemical toilet is terrible. Overall, I would have given a good three stars. The rating is reduced because of the enormous noise from the highway directly next to the site.
Huge facility. Large pitch. Copenhagen is 30 minutes away by bus. You need to download an app for the bus, called Rejsekort. Sanitary facilities clean. Fine for one night.
Large, traditional but well-managed campsite. We stayed one night in a motorhome and it was fine. Clean sanitary facilities and showers.
Good but basic Campsite. We stayed here for 2 Nights and took the bus to Copenhagen. Bathrooms clean and good showers. All a little dated but kept very well.
Quite expensive campsite, €75 for one night with two adults, two children, and electricity, but nothing to complain about: very well maintained, with two lovely children’s play areas. Clean facilities. Near the station, which takes you to Copenhagen in 30 minutes. Train ticket costs about €5. You can take your bicycle. Very convenient.
Very convenient campsite near Naerum station, providing easy access to Copenhagen, including with bicycles because the trains are equipped to carry them. Ideally located for walks in the King’s park. Very well-maintained campsite, also with permanent residents. Negative point: the nearby highway is noisy with heavy traffic, and the price per night.
Well-equipped campsite with good facilities. We spent two nights, July 13 and 14. Very convenient for visiting Copenhagen; bus 150 takes you to the city center, and you return to the campsite from the same place. The stops are a short distance from the campsite, at the end of it.
Convenient campsite with everything needed for motorhomes—showers, toilets, kitchen, washing machines, wastewater and toilet disposal—plus a great trampoline and children’s playground! The highway is close, but the noise is not too loud.
Very large spaces, rather expensive (€75 per night for a motorhome with two people), but it is the capital. Between the highway and railway, so noisy. Very good sanitary facilities. Easy access to Copenhagen by bus in 20 minutes. Bring cash for bus tickets. After crossing the bridge over the highway at the bus stop, there is a commercial area with two small supermarkets and an ATM.
Good location for going to Copenhagen. The bus takes 30 minutes. During our stay, the sanitary facilities were not very clean and were not cleaned daily.
Very good if you want to see the deer, about an hour’s walk away. The highway is clearly audible but not particularly bothersome.
We spent two very pleasant nights. There is highway noise, which is worth noting. Good services. If you arrive outside opening hours, envelopes with the available spaces are ready for use at reception. Easy to cycle both to Copenhagen and Helsingør. The coastal road is a beautiful route to both.
A very nice campsite where you get everything you need. The toilets and shower cubicles are clean and well maintained. Before arriving, you should either make a reservation or check the reception opening hours on the website so you do not find the doors locked. The only possible disadvantage is the traffic noise from the adjacent expressway.
Friendly welcome, clean sanitary facilities, showers without tokens, and the possibility of cooking and eating in rooms provided for guests. Thirty minutes from the center by bus, with clear instructions on a sheet in several languages.
We love this place. Really friendly reception, such a great plot to stand on. Great facilities and 100% recommend this spot. Much friendlier than the one a bit closer to town!! A great place to stay. 30 minutes by bus to center. 5 stars!!
shitty camping, wouldn't recommend at all. this is where happiness goes to die. unfriendly staff. they dont tell you the gate doesnt open between 22.00 and 07.00 so you cant leave to avoid traffic jam. It is old and crappy and a bit dirty and not cheap either.
Absolutely uncomplicated arrival: the reception was closed, but access to vacant spaces was possible without a reservation. Sanitary facilities simple but clean. 450 m to the nearest bus stop, from where a bus to Copenhagen runs every six minutes. Very nice staff who were always reachable by phone and even came to us for checkout outside reception hours. Great!
A fine place to visit Copenhagen. It has no atmosphere, though, and is very expensive: €52 per night including electricity. The highway can be clearly heard all the time.
Unfortunately, the campsite is somewhat neglected. Everything needed is available, but some things are quite worn. The sanitary facilities are very outdated and not always completely clean. Playground okay.
We spent one night here on the way to Sweden, with a stop in Copenhagen. The welcome was very nice, and they explained well how to get to Copenhagen by bus: the bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away, and the journey takes 30 minutes. The sanitary facilities were somewhat outdated but clean. Our children, aged 6 and 9, enjoyed the playground with vehicles and trampoline. Many long-term campers. Helsingør ferry is 30 minutes away.
I cannot recommend the site. Toilets and showers are in poor condition. You can see that little care and work have been invested in the outdoor areas. The transport links and location for a city trip to Copenhagen are of course good.
