This daytime parking area is beside Intermarché, Bricomarché, a 24-hour petrol station, the railway station and the sea, with the beach about 5 minutes away on foot. Some long spaces remain outside the height barriers, but many barriers are now installed; there are no services. Lighting and cameras are present in some areas, although theft and security concerns have also been reported. Trains provide access to Nice and Monaco.

I found the parking spaces reassuring, especially because of the nighttime lighting and cameras. Of course, I was on the petrol-station side, but I went by bicycle to visit Nice. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and there is a supermarket for shopping, which I appreciated. Good security and no services.
Some fairly long spaces remain outside the barriers for taller vehicles. In addition, some motorhomes had parked in the large service-area space. Note that we were there out of season. We took the train to visit Nice and even left the motorhome unlocked because we were afraid it might be broken into. Nothing happened, though. The area is busy during the day and seems safe.
Now there are height barriers everywhere...
Not the best place to park or shop at the market. I think there is a risk of being robbed; they may check when you leave the car. Someone's van was robbed while shopping at Intermarché. Be careful or avoid this place.
Our side window was smashed in the street next to the car park. We were away for only one hour.
