Mountain-view day parking, narrow access

A daytime parking area beside a very quiet restaurant, with beautiful mountain views and many hikers during the day. The access road is narrow and steep, but the setting becomes very peaceful at night. Camping is prohibited and has been enforced by local residents and police.
