Excellent location with plenty of free parking. The only drawback is the lack of toilets. The views are fantastic, overlooking White Rock beach and Dunluce Castle.
Had to wait for a spot or park in the bus spaces. Excellent ice cream van!! Did not sleep there
Beautiful place with a stunning view! The sky was clear and we also enjoyed a wonderful sunset over the sea! We spent one night in the car park, where there are no signs prohibiting overnight stays. When we woke up in the morning, we found the little breakfast kiosk.
Excellent spot with a quiet night. No prohibition sign. I recommend this spot.
We stayed here on 6 August 2025. There were no signs prohibiting overnight stays, so we searched carefully because earlier reviews said it was not allowed. Ten vans stayed overnight without trouble. The views are pleasant, but there are no facilities at all. I gave four stars because the night was extremely windy; the site is very exposed. Some road noise was present but did not bother us.
We parked here to see the viewpoints and walk to Dunluce Castle (less than a 10-minute walk). The place is spacious and worth stopping for a while to enjoy the views.
Overnight parking is not permitted, but the daytime views are excellent.
The place is very beautiful, but there is a sign saying that parking overnight is strictly prohibited, which is common in the United Kingdom, damn it.
No more signs prohibiting overnight stays.
A lovely place to park our motorhome, followed by a short walk back to Dunluce Castle. Motorhomes cannot park at the castle, but there is ample room here. The views are stunning.
No overnight but worth a stop for coffee or lunch. The view is spectacular!
Stop here for the view alone, and if you are lucky, for the ice-cream and coffee van. We had good 3/SMARTY reception and worked here for the day. There are bins and picnic tables, but no other amenities. Coaches arrive and leave, though they pass through quickly.
Nice viewpoint, very windy. Sloping.
Several signs now prohibit overnight parking. It is still a great daytime stop, but council signs are everywhere.
Very beautiful view but beware, overnight parking is impossible.
