14 Tadeusza Apolinarego Wendy, 70-655, Szczecin
Been here?
This free parking area offers a riverside view, space for larger motorhomes and a walkable route across the bridge to Szczecin’s city center. Overnight stays have been possible, and recent visitors describe peaceful nights, although occasional car noise, motorcycles and the nearby amusement park can disturb the quiet. The surface is somewhat uneven, and the parking area may be restricted or crowded during festivals and other events. The available toilet was reported out of order, and another comment says small change is needed for a toilet.

Beautiful view of the river, amusement park, especially at night; the old town can be seen in the background. No fee, although you need coins for the toilet. Perfect for a short stay.
Parking to avoid because there are signs prohibiting traffic and parking; fine of 127 euros.
The town fair is taking place. The usual harbour-end car park is closed, leaving the difficult option of parking around the perimeter. It would be wiser to avoid the area until schools reopen.
As of today, 13 July, it is not possible to access the place shown in the picture. It was still possible last year, but this year it seems to be blocked by a barrier.
A useful base for visiting the city and staying overnight. An event was taking place, however, so available parking was reduced. Despite that, we had a peaceful night, even though the area was extremely busy.
Great location. We were here on a Friday; until 2:30 a.m. there was noise from exuberant car poseurs. Not for those seeking peace and quiet.
Absolutely brilliant! You are right in the city and yet it is completely silent, as if you were standing on an island. Only occasionally can you hear an ambulance far away or a revving motorcycle. Parking is also free 24 hours a day. My full recommendation, but you should definitely be self-sufficient.
Large area, somewhat uneven. Also suitable for large motorhomes. You park right by the Ferris wheel and a food-truck strip. Overnight stays are free.
Spacious car park with fantastic views of the Oder, where overnight parking is permitted. We stayed here with four other campers. The city is within walking distance across the bridge. Red markings indicate a 7 km circular route to many sights. Great!
A truly beautiful place. We parked at the very edge in the front row, with a view across the water toward the Hakenterrassen. The site is somewhat uneven in places, but we were fairly level. The night was quiet. Very close by is a kind of beach bar where you can have drinks with a beach atmosphere. Interesting sights are easily reachable on foot or by bicycle.
At the beginning of May, we stayed here for one night with two campers. Top location and everything was quiet at that time.
Great place. However, on our day three quarters of the car park was closed off for a festival. We still found a spot. Fine for a day of sightseeing. The available toilet was “out of order”.
Great view and free. Unfortunately, there were lots of people around us. In the evening, many youths were revving their cars. The city centre is also within walking distance. We found the place perfect for one and a half days.
Very quiet place with plenty of spaces. We spent the day and stayed overnight without any problems. The view of the city is worth it.
9 July 2025 It is an extremely crowded car park, with motorists constantly circling looking for a space. There is a food truck next door, so it is noisy. The night was okay. The proximity to the city is the only advantage; the city is worth visiting. Three generous stars.
Great place for an overnight stay. Quiet, nice view, several good restaurants nearby. Excellent place for sleeping and sightseeing in Szczecin.
We were here from 21 to 23 December 2025. A pleasant and peaceful place at this time of year, suitable for visiting the city, which is within walking distance. The place has no services and is free.
Quiet and peaceful place for a wild overnight stay. Close to the city centre.
We spent one night at this location. It was peaceful, with plenty of space in the car park. Nearby there are portable toilets and a paid toilet; at the marina there is a free toilet open until 8 p.m. In summer the amusement park and food trucks are open—it is noisy then, but outside the season it is very peaceful.
Nice large car park. However, the walk to the city centre is quite far.
We stayed here for two nights and slept peacefully. Everything is well lit. There were other campers there. The city is easily reachable on foot. Great view of the Oder and the city opposite.
Great spot at this time of year; there were only four campers overnight in total. Very quiet. Waste bins available. About 20 minutes on foot to the city.
Great pitch with a view of the city. At this time of year there was no event, so it was very quiet. The car park farther ahead is also good, but there is loud music for quite a long time by the Ferris wheel, so we would always prefer the rear pitch.
Great offering by the city. Everything around the marina is quite well maintained. There are toilets there too—just cross the little bridge. Today, 24 September, a Wednesday, it was fairly quiet.
The location is great, right in the city centre; the old town is 10 minutes away by bicycle. We had a peaceful night with free parking. Beautiful view of the city, on 22 September.
Have been here for three nights. Reasonably quiet at night, nice promenade, portable toilets that are emptied and cleaned regularly, possibility to fill up with water, and access to proper toilets in the large building on the island, although only open between 08:00 and 20:00.
Arrived on 5 September 2025. From 5 p.m. there was setup and closure for an event. Because of the closure, many drivers had to turn around. At night, loudspeaker announcements began at 5:10 a.m. Then participants in the running club arrived, so we had our hands full and had to leave at 10:30. There was a lot of manoeuvring. Never again.
A large parking area about a thirty-minute walk from the city. Nights are fairly quiet, although several bright lamps shine into the area. It is pleasant to eat beside the river. With the Tivoli season finished, nights are now much calmer.
Good pitch and starting point for visiting the city. From 11 p.m. it is quiet at the fairground next door. The public toilet 100 metres away was closed.
Nothing to complain about! Free, nice view, toilets available (2 zł), close to the city. There is some noise from the amusement park, which is there until 31 August, and cars and people arrive late, but it is just a large car park.
Ideal pitch close to the city centre. Food market and fairground next door, but it is quiet after 11 p.m. during the week.
We stayed overnight without any problems or disturbances between 21 and 22 August 2025. The last car park on the Oder, after the amusement park and kiosks. To visit the city, you need to reach the bridge about 1 km from the car park. Do not cross the first wooden bridge, which only leads to a small island with a venue and children’s playground, with no dogs allowed, and does not lead to the other side. Bins everywhere.
I was there on 18 July 2025. Wonderful view of the city, amusement park nearby with street food, and not particularly noisy. Convenient for visiting the city. To find a spot, do not arrive late in the afternoon.
Very beautiful during the day, but at night you have to enjoy the music from the nearby terraces.
Good starting point for exploring the city. We walked into the city from here. Free and lively. We did not stay overnight, but it would certainly be possible.
There were about seven campers on site that night. On a weekday night, the nearby amusement park did not create any annoying noise; the only noise came from cars parking. The nearby toilet was not working at 11 p.m. The city centre can be reached by crossing either the first or second bridge; on foot it takes about half an hour.
A great riverside location near the centre. We visited with two children during nonstop heavy rain, so the interactive museum immediately beside the parking area was ideal. Toilets cost 2 zloty.
Possibly unsuitable for overnight stays, as the fairground was in full swing when we were there. We used it to explore Szczecin by bicycle, for which it was very suitable. The entrance has several obstacles and potholes.
Unacceptable, unless you like car and motorcycle posing. Free entertainment included loud rap music from the nearby beach bar until the early hours.
A great car park for exploring the city. We stayed one night. The fairground was still being set up, and some food stalls were already open. There was still a lot of activity in the evening, but the night was quiet. I parked perfectly level without much manoeuvring; do not be put off by the potholes on the approach.
