Camper stop & Glamping - FOREST EDGE

A fantastic night at this campsite, next to a hotel and with a glamping section: peaceful, green surroundings, level pitches with electrical hook-up, and various very clean, well-equipped facilities, including a kitchen and 4 bathrooms/sanitary rooms, just like at home! Online booking followed by an access code; we saw no one, but had no problems.

A fantastic campsite that we strongly recommend. The surroundings are tranquil and ideal for relaxing, while the facilities are excellent. Sanitary areas are modern, immaculate, and well maintained, and the owner is welcoming and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early. Sadly, the owner was unwilling to find a cooperative solution and no longer replied about a price reduction. The surroundings are natural, with nothing else around. There was a wedding in the evening with very loud music. We would not return; we were the only campers there.

A very beautiful, peaceful spot. We particularly liked the outdoor hut with a kitchen, all the equipment and seating. One night we were able to watch many fireflies. Check-in went perfectly. The host is also truly warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the e-bikes were fully booked and the other guests left the bathrooms untidy. There are many ant hills at pitch 1, but the camper stop is still highly recommended and we would return if the opportunity arose.

On returning from Velika Planina, we booked online at 6 p.m. and arrived at 6:30 p.m. There were only 3 campers. Download the voucher before arriving at the gate, otherwise you will not have the entry code, and there is no network in front of the gate. The place is charming but not suitable for motorhomes, as there is no area for emptying black or grey water. We received no welcome.

A beautiful spot. Hidden in the forest. There seems to be a party venue next door, but everything was quiet today. The communal kitchen is very well equipped. Electricity, water—everything is available. Bathroom and toilet facilities are excellent. Absolutely recommended for a stopover.

We booked at short notice and were thoroughly impressed. Digital check-in was effortless and self-explanatory. The owner welcomed us in the evening and explained the story behind the project. The bathrooms are excellent, there is a cupboard filled with board games, and we spent four hours around the fire pit. Every detail feels lovingly considered, and we would gladly return.

Absolute peace, very clean and well-maintained grounds. Sanitary facilities are tip-top. In addition to the 8 pitches, there are numerous glamping huts, all arranged very harmoniously.

Campsite in the heart of nature, with a large green and peaceful area. Everything has been designed for campers’ well-being: a fully equipped open kitchen and lounge, private bathrooms, and a coffee machine. The host also gave us a very warm welcome. A little piece of paradise with unbeatable value for money. Many thanks!

Excellent camper stop, well equipped and very quiet in the middle of the forest. To get there, I recommend the road from Kamnik, as the other route is unpaved and has large potholes. Helpful and friendly staff. There is no facility for emptying the chemical toilet. Highly recommended.

A campsite built with great attention to detail and a lot of passion. We had a wonderful, quiet night with 3 other campers. We would definitely return. Thank you for this great place!!! :)

Beautiful mountain scenery, we were nearly alone here during our easter holiday! The facilities are clean and the little kitchen is well equipped. We had our two dogs with us and had no problems and also there are a lot of dog walking possibilities. Please note that most of the hiking trails in the gorges and also groceries are in driving distance, which was perfectly fine for us.

WOOOOOOOOOW! An absolute must if you are in the area. We arrived spontaneously at 8 p.m. The gate was closed, as described. We called the number on site and received the code. Super-friendly owner who speaks English. We took our pitch. The grounds offer the purest luxury camper life with self-service. The bathroom was super clean, and everyone had their own one since it was quiet. Everything was perfect. €10 for the camper, €10 per person.

Had a spontaneous calm stay overnight at this lovely spot! Hot showers, toilets, and an open kitchen are really comfortable to use. We were completely alone, cause it's the last open week for the season. Paid 10€ for the camper, and 10€ per person. Really nice owner, who we met in the morning. Everything works by self-service.

There is nothing glamorous about this campsite: no shade, and the owner is absent. Positive points: clean but unheated kitchen and sanitary facilities. Negative points: the owner is absent and barely responds to text messages. You enter with a code and then manage on your own: key boxes, a money box, information signs that are not up to date. The price is prohibitive for the level of service and welcome.

A wonderfully peaceful place with a great kitchen, sofa area and probably the best sanitary facilities at Slovenian campsites. You can immediately tell that Rožle, the owner, has invested a lot of time and love here. It was quiet during the low season as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The campsite has every convenience. The bathrooms are equipped and clean, and they are covered. Each bathroom has a private shower. There is a very welcoming communal lounge area and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary crockery. Very quiet and equipped with a barbecue. The owner was extremely kind. 100% recommended!

One night at this superb campsite. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The outdoor kitchen is magnificent, with crockery, cooking plates and a wonderful relaxation area available. The grounds are large, and we were not crowded together (mid-September). Very clean sanitary facilities. A paid coffee machine is available.

Very nice place. We stayed one night with our roof tent. Everything was there: comfort, shower, kitchen and lounge. The host is very welcoming. I recommend it.

What a lovely place to stay for a few days and take it easy. Cosy, fully equipped kitchen, pleasant seating area, nice bathrooms and a very enthusiastic host who built and maintains this place with great care.

We booked a pitch for one night and were absolutely delighted. The place is furnished with so much care. The sanitary facilities not only look good, they also offer plenty of storage space. The small kitchen can be used for cooking and washing dishes and was very clean. We are happy to recommend this place and will return ourselves.

Stayed one night, good bathroom and shower facilities, nice and helpful owner. Top.

Music and shouting continued throughout the night, so we got no sleep. I would not recommend staying here on a Saturday night.
