Mountain roadside, quiet nights

Beautiful, peaceful, and full of flowers.

Beautiful view, fairly peaceful but not too remote. Perfect for sunrise and sunset in the mountains.

I stayed for two nights before and after visiting Mrtvica Canyon. Despite being beside the road, it was extremely quiet, and the local people were friendly.

What an incredibly beautiful place with a fantastic view and lots of stars at night. It is alongside the road, but there is plenty of space around it and very little passing traffic. Occasionally, someone honks to say hello. Well worth repeating.

A spot with a very beautiful view and little traffic on the nearby road. There was litter, as often happens, so we picked it up. We were unlucky: at the beginning of the night, there was a car accident right on the bend at the spot.

We had a very peaceful night. A few cars passed in the evening, but at night it was completely quiet. Great view when there is no fog or low cloud. Along the mountain pass road there are several lay-bys where you could park, but this is the most beautiful. Beware of falling rocks along the route. In March there was still a lot of snow at the top of the pass.

A very beautiful place for one night. In winter nobody comes here and there is hardly any traffic on the road.
