Unnamed Road, 51160, Hautvillers
Been here?
A quiet forest picnic parking area with one picnic table and no services. The road is far away, and recent stays report only birds and occasional walkers or hikers. Some spaces are shaded, but tall campers should watch for branches. A bakery is 1.5km away on foot in the village.

A small shaded spot; watch out for branches if you have a high-roof camper. Picnic table.Translating
Quiet and pleasant parking area. Clean picnic table. In the morning, a few hikers park here for their activities.Translating
Very peaceful place, even during the grape harvest, on a small parking area in a forest. No noise apart from a few birds. No facilities, but there is a bakery 1.5 km away on foot in the village. Quite a few walkers in the morning and evening, but all very friendly.Translating
Very pleasant, but be careful: there are lots of ticks and mosquitoes. Unfortunately for us, our neighbours arrived late and were not very discreet.Translating
Indeed, a very quiet place. Very distant noise from a lightly trafficked road, and especially birdsong in the evening and morning. We were alone overnight, but there were a few joggers and walkers in the evening until 8 p.m. and in the morning after 8 a.m. (walking routes start from the parking area). A bin is just at the corner of the football field, before the spot.Translating
Very nice place… it’s best to arrive at the end of the day and leave fairly early in the morning so as not to inconvenience motorists. This is definitely a car park.Translating
Very nice. No other camper here. No people in the evening. Just nature. Please keep the place clean. There was toilet paper lying around.Translating
Lovely area up in the forest. Short walk down the hill into the town with lovely views of the vineyards on the way. Or take a walk through the forest. Very quiet at night time. Gets a bit busier during the day. Just be cautious coming in a long vehicle (6.5m ) as car park turn is tight as it's over a bridge over a ditch. There is a layby area just before entering the forest area
Back to this beautiful little place. Ideal for stretching your legs and letting the dog follow wild boar tracks. A glass of local wine, peace and nature—this is how motorhome travel should always be.Translating
Quiet place; during the day there are walkers and people with dogs. We had a wonderfully peaceful evening and night with two other campers. No bins or facilities. There are pleasant picnic benches, though.Translating
