Great overnight parking. We occupied two bays because our vehicle was too long for one. No noisy boy racers, a peaceful night, central location, and very cheap daytime parking; nights from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. are free, plus one free hour daily.Translating
Free Parking with 4 bays for vans
A place we recommend for its large open spaces: shops, gardens, Petworth House… all accessible on foot. Very clean public toilets in the car park.Translating
Excellent central-town parking: free overnight and inexpensive during the day, with toilets in the car park. Ideal for browsing antique shops, with more than thirty in this small town.Translating
Excellent overnight stop with clean toilets, a good nearby curry restaurant, and welcoming pubs. Simple, secure, and comfortable for sleeping.Translating
We slept well here on Friday night. Some road traffic is audible. I recommend the lower section, mostly reserved for permit holders, because cars did not come and go there overnight. Payment through the Mipermit app was only 10p, allowing us to stay until 9 a.m. Saturday.Translating
Large, quiet car park. The upper section is busier but flatter. Petworth House, with collections worthy of a major museum, is well worth visiting.Translating
Perfectly peaceful stay beside a swimming bay. Toilets are free, and there is room for additional motorhomes. Recommended.Translating
Quiet at night. Lovely children’s playground and nice shops next door. Public toilet open during the day. We felt safe and comfortable. Very low parking fee Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00. For breakfast, we recommend not “CHERRY’s BAKERY” directly in the passage, but “Tiffins” behind it on the right. Much tastier!Translating
