Paid parking managed by the Bear Cave, with charges applying from 8am to 4pm. Outside these hours, parking is free, and a clean mobile toilet and waste containers are available. Traffic is almost nonexistent, with limited GSM signal and views from the bottom of the hill.

Not bad, but there is almost no GSM signal. Almost no traffic. Quiet place. Nice views at the bottom of the hill. I did not stay here because of the lack of GSM; the place near Czarna Góra was better.
