32 Via del Mare, 91019, Rio Forgia
Been here?
Large, flat parking beside a sandy and pebble beach, with direct sea access and beautiful views. It is generally calm, with no services; the seasonal kiosk offers simple food and drinks. The shower by the bar is out of order. Disused industrial buildings and ruins surround the site, with walking and cycling opportunities nearby.

Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!Translating
We had to move a little farther away because a family arrived around 10 p.m. to have a barbecue. Otherwise, the place is quiet and the view is very beautiful. The shower in front of the bar is out of order.Translating
There are no facilities and it’s just a parking area. But it’s right by the sea, with a stunning sunset and, above all, beautiful peace and quiet. In season, a small kiosk is open with friendly owners, great for breakfast or a simple lunch. There are several possibilities for walks and bike rides nearby. Clean sea and a beach that is never crowded. A dream for anyone who doesn’t want San Vito’s nightlife.Translating
You’re right by the sea, but behind you there are only ruins. Okay in a pinch.Translating
Parking area without facilities. Right on the beach.Translating
Fantastic and very safe place! The only odd thing about it is that many cars briefly drive around the ‘roundabout’ and then leave again. But that feels more funny than unsafe. There are fantastic bike rides in both directions along the coast. We recommend it 100 percent. We parked next to the stall (with camera).Translating
The place does indeed have an unbeatable view, but it is in a completely abandoned area with industrial wasteland, and we did not feel safe. The buildings all around are in ruins. It did not make us want to stay, so we turned around and left.Translating
Very good place with good road access and a beautiful view of Monte Cofano. During the day, someone occasionally comes for a walk or with a dog, and sometimes there are divers too. Even at the weekend it was very quiet; there are just a few more cyclists and walkers around than during the week. There is also a very good mobile signal. I can only recommend it.Translating
Great spot to spend a few days. Calm and relatively clean. Plenty of space
It’s a little dirty, but from here you can take beautiful bike rides and the scenery is superb (if you don’t look at the ruined buildings behind). The Carabinieri pass by regularly. The parking area is lit at night and there is enough space so you don’t have to park too close to one another.Translating
Nice flat place to park by a lovely beach with a view of a mountain. My favourite: Monte Cofano.Translating
