Used this campsite twice (April & again tonight) Its a farm campsite with 2 camping fields. The main field has EHU up & toilet facilities. The other field is across the lane from the farm & is a large, flat field surrounded by trees (no electric, has a water tap & you have to walk back over the road to use the facilities) Very cheap (£10.50 without EHU) Flexible arrival & departure times. Love it!
Very easy to book online, a large meadow with electricity at the edge. Sanitary facility with one shower and two toilets.Translating
Great little campsite, don’t understand some of the negative reviews, I heard no noise. Hot showers and good toilets all clean. You can empty chemical waste and fill up water. Very laid back typical English campsite. Turn up and pick your spot in a field. You can only book and pay online, it’s a very simple process and you can book same day. I will be coming back.
Very quiet site. The birds sing and the sun shines. Very welcoming host. Showers and toilets are fine. Free choice of where to camp. But at night there is a lot of traffic noise, sounding like a motorway and trains.Translating
A friendly welcome, very helpful, a large shaded site where you can stand wherever you like. Everything a camper needs is available—including large refrigerators, a kettle, a kitchen and a washing machine. And at £10, a great site. In the middle of nature, suitable for walking and cycling.Translating
We pre-booked, but decided on short notice to drive further up north as we had the opportunity to take an earlier ferry from Calais to Dover. I sent them an email if it was possible to reschedule our stay for when we head back to Dover and if any additional charges apply, but I never got an answer. On their website it says that rescheduling is not a problem. 25 £ for nothing…
Scam. We booked and paid online because we were due to arrive late. There was no telephone number anywhere. After a 9-hour drive we arrived and were horrified. A muddy field, no one around, shower cubicles being used as a storage room. There was no phone number to be found on site either. We drove away and went to another place. The road is narrow and heavily overgrown with brush!Translating
