A large, free and level parking area in the village, about 10 minutes from the beach and close to restaurants, cafés and a bakery. It is suitable for overnight stays and has been described as peaceful, although the area can be busy during the day and in summer. There are no toilets nearby, and occasional noise from dogs and buses has been reported. The parking is illuminated, with bins nearby.

Spacious parking area. We spent three nights enjoying the place and its beaches. The people were super friendly.
Very large, easily accessible, flat parking area. We did not sleep there because we were continuing north, but it would have been no problem. Near the beach, which is beautiful, restaurants, and a very good restaurant called “Ze Sal e Mar,” with a magnificent upstairs view and a bar. Toilets at the beach. Peaceful, with very few people. The beach is magnificent—a great spot for lovers of tranquillity.
Many spaces, right in the centre of the village, close to everything.
Level ground, no toilet nearby—you have to walk a long way. It is busy day and night, especially in high season. Otherwise great: everything is lit and there are no bad smells, with bins nearby.
Good spot; all the other parking areas in the village are forbidden.
Its ok, plenty of space, in the town and 5 minutes from the beach. Sheltered from the wind. Bit noisy with dogs and buses though.
As the campsite was always full, we spent two days and one night in the car park. Nothing to report; it was quiet at night and there were several of us, so it felt fairly secure. The GNR came by.
On September 16, all parking areas prohibited caravans and motorhomes, except the campsite, of course. Sorry...
We spent a very peaceful and cool night. In the morning there are more vehicles parked because of people visiting the beach.
