Quiet parking, narrow access

This daytime car park lies at the bottom of a narrow road; passing vehicles is difficult, though traffic is little, and a 6.5m motorhome reached it without difficulty. The large, partly shaded car park is near a railway line. Across the pedestrian crossing, a pond offers a free children's playground, trampolines, a treetop adventure park, swimming and a small artificial sandy beach. Around it are numerous benches, barbecues, an electric-bike maintenance and charging area, a fitness area with various equipment, a bar, public toilets, a drinking-water fountain and various selective waste collection areas. It seems forgotten and very quiet, and is recommended over the busier, shade-free area across the river.
