Quiet village area, free services

Very nice area in this small village. Quiet, clean, bakery nearby.

A real joy in the region! Unpretentious area with all services free... A 180° view over the surrounding countryside. A playground. Bins available... rare around here. I really recommend it. 10 km from Les Eyzies.

Top!! Overnight parking permitted. Available: waste dumping, filling, bins, toilets downstairs behind the town hall. Such a rare place—leave a coin in the machine ;)

A municipality that knows how to welcome visitors... increasingly rare... and very good for its bistro. If you are looking for peace, water, electricity, bins, toilets, herbs to pick and a magnificent view, as well as a beautiful village, this is the place. Two areas: one above for the service station and a few spaces that should be left for locals, and one below between the playgrounds. Thank you to this municipality—and please leave a donation.

Everything is free; just leave a little something in thanks to the municipality. The little village is so charming, a real gem.

We had a great couple of nights stay here. The Aire is well looked after. The small touches make a difference - the herb garden, food recycling bin, beautiful wildlife friendly areas, insect hide etc. Good for the wildlife and the environment. Lovely views and some good walks nearby on well maintained and signed paths. Free services. Peaceful area. Thanks to the municipality, much appreciated.

Very pleasant and peaceful Aire for an overnight stay. Parking is easy, both above and below, while always leaving access to the playground facilities. Bread available at the bar. The owners are friendly. Feel free to spend locally in return for the free services and leave a coin in the machine above the water-tap button. Leave the place clean.

Very good. We ended up staying 2 nights. Beautiful free Aire with services (water, dumping and electricity). Toilets nearby. Children’s playground. Charming little village with bread available from 7:30 a.m. Best of all: pizza van twice a week (Monday and …?). Thanks to the town hall.

Many thanks to the municipality for this pleasant, well-equipped Aire in lovely surroundings. Good organic bread at the village grocery-bar. Beautiful walks to do despite uncertain signage.

Ideal spot with children, between a playground and a multisports field. Picnic table. Dumping, electricity, water... very peaceful and a beautiful landscape. We ended up staying two nights!

Brilliant, quiet stop over with super view in a small village. Free services are useful when you need to recharge the battery on an e-bike! Recycling at the Aire and mixed waste area about 200m away. Only issue is that a pile of gravel has been dumped that takes out at least one space.

A simple solution for everyone. There are only two electricity connections, which are quickly occupied. It is certainly sensible to carry a splitter. The bathroom is small but clean. It is best to bring your own toilet paper too. Many thanks to the municipality; you can and should put a small donation in the service cabinet.

Free municipal Aire, providing all services for those who need them. Contributions are left to the discretion of the motorhome users. The place is quiet, and the view over the valley and sunrise is magnificent. Thank you to the municipality.

Thank you to the municipality of Marquay for this perfect place. For water and electricity there is a collection box where you put in whatever you want. It is a very good system, allowing everyone to stay according to their means. The ground is flat and clean, with a beautiful view. The bistro was closed when we visited.

This Aire is pleasant and well maintained. The little village is just as lovely. There is a shop that also serves as a bread depot. We spent a pleasant night. Thanks to the municipality for its welcome.

A municipality that has understood everything—many thanks to it. Free water, electricity and dumping. Don’t forget to leave a contribution at the indicated place so that such places can continue to exist. For a delicious meal, go to Ferme de Brusquant 1 km away—a real treat with a warm welcome.

Flat pitch with a beautiful view, ideal for one night in a quiet village below a lightly trafficked road. Electricity is available from two service points, with an optional contribution. Bins about 200 m away near the cemetery. Grocery shop, restaurant and bread depot close to the five pitches.

Simple car park with free water dumping and filling, as well as two electricity connections. Beautiful views. Very quiet village. There is a small shop-bar, but today, 15 August, it closes after 1 p.m. Many thanks to the village.

We spent a quiet night here with all services free. The playground is great for children, and the bread depot in the morning is much appreciated. In short, we loved it!

Peaceful, with children’s games and picnic tables. We stayed one night. Thank you to the municipality; there are still local councils that understand the value this brings to small village businesses.
