Been here?
A paying motorhome area behind the dike, close to the beach, with a generally quiet setting and coastal cycle paths nearby. Recent stays reported €21 for one night and €26 for a 7.30 m motorhome with 4 people and a dog. Toilets, fresh water, grey-water and chemical-toilet disposal are available, while electricity may require a long cable and is available at some places. Check-in is from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, checkout is by 6:00 PM, and Friday evenings and weekends are often full.

Unfortunately far too full and too cramped, too little electricity, and actually no reservations, yet many spaces reserved. Favouritism. No thanks, we will not come back.Translating
Beautiful site with sufficient space. We could choose a spot ourselves. Dogs are welcome. The price is okay for one night (€26 for 4 people and a dog with a 7.30 m motorhome). Toilets were very clean and included. Grey-water and chemical-toilet disposal included.Translating
We were here for the second time and have nothing to complain about. We enjoy the peace and the proximity to the beach. Levelling wedges or hydraulic supports are advantageous. We will definitely come back.Translating
Great campsite at a very fair price! Directly behind the dyke, toilets available and very clean. A shower would be nice too, to wash off the fine sand; there are none on the beach. A good cycle path runs along the coast in front of and behind the dyke. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back!Translating
We paid €21 for a quiet night by the beach. However, nobody speaks English, the pitches are poorly marked and the dumping station is not signposted. Bring an extension lead if you want to connect to electricity.Translating
The season has opened. €11 / €12 for motorhomes over 7 m, plus €1.50 tourist tax per person (€3 in high season), electricity at some pitches €4, toilet block open. Very suitable for self-sufficient campers. Only the dyke separates you from the sea and the beautiful beach...Translating
We were at this site in summer 2024. If you are not dependent on external sanitary facilities, this is exactly the right place. Very friendly lady who runs the cash desk. Excellent location. Dog beach nearby.Translating
Thank you for still allowing people to park here without having to bring all their savings.Translating
Quiet, inexpensive site directly behind the dyke. It had everything we needed. If you need electricity, you may need a long cable. Large puddles when it rains. We felt very comfortable.Translating
A plus is the uncomplicated check-in and the proximity to the water. You really would not want to use the toilet...Translating
Quite nice location. Due to the very poor distribution of the electricity boxes, it was impossible to get electricity. We would have needed a 300 m cable. Everything was very run-down and neglected. Broken window, old and cold toilets.Translating
Positive: location, right behind the dyke and dog beach, drinking water, disposal facilities, we had lovely weather. Negative: you do not feel welcome, prohibition signs everywhere, the facilities could use some care even without much money, no toilet paper, toilets quite dirty, broken windows, kiosk at the entrance looks neglected. Price: okay, but you cannot expect much.Translating
Plus: Directly behind the dyke, dog beach 100 m away, free water, pitches large enough for a table and chairs, Schöneberger Strand promenade about 15 minutes' easy walk away, excellent Danish soft ice cream. Minus: cassette disposal at the other end of the site; apparently, spaces in the front row are reserved with cones for selected people.Translating
Very nice site, directly on the beach. Everything completely uncomplicated: just drive in, choose a pitch and pay at 7 p.m. at the little hut by the entrance.Translating
The pitches are not completely level and are somewhat tight in size. The water disposal point is very far away and you have to cross the entire car park for cars. High occupancy at this time of year. The tourist tax...Translating
Highly recommended site directly behind the dyke, with water and waste facilities as they should be, plus a small toilet hut for vans. Great beach and excellent cycle path. Not every pitch has an electricity connection, but at this price that is absolutely fine. We would be happy to come back. Greetings, Bine & LarsTranslating
Actually a very beautiful site. We always liked coming here. Unfortunately, recently there have been too many campers who do not even follow the basic rules of consideration. Loud music and shouting loudly all day. That is not conversation. It continued until late the next morning.Translating
Very unfriendly welcome from the site manager. The rules posted for the site apparently do not apply to everyone. Those who know the site manager apparently do not have to follow them. Others, however, are expected to follow them strictly. We drove to another site and will not visit this one again.Translating
The site is well located behind the dyke with a large sandy beach. Ideal for walking the dogs. The toilets are clean.Translating
We are extremely satisfied... now €12 per day, plus tourist tax, as everywhere here. Great location, as described several times. By bicycle, five minutes south, there are all kinds of cafés, an Edeka, snack bars, fish stalls... 45 minutes north to beautiful Laboe. In April, there were 50 motorhomes here at the weekend, and only 15 from Monday. The site has space for up to 200.Translating
A very nice operator. We arrived before the official season opening but were still allowed in. If you do not need sanitary facilities, it is really excellent. We were in a motorhome, so we do not need them. At €10 in the low season plus €1.50 tourist tax, a great price. We will come back.
Great site, directly behind the dyke to the beautiful beach! Unfortunately not open in winter. Toilets are clean, electricity is available. Unfortunately, there are no showers.
Our favourite on the Baltic Sea. Simple and uncomplicated. Nice people but lots of dogs. Everything you need except showers, but everyone has those in their motorhome.
The location is very good. The wide beach with fine sand is fantastic. I consider the price reasonable. The toilets are clean. Anyone wanting a shower has to arrange it themselves; drinking water is available to fill up. There really are many dogs, including on the beach. If that bothers you, this probably is not the right place. Unfortunately, there are no shaded pitches.
