Fenced parking, noisy nights

This is a fenced parking area beside a shopping mall and close to the old town. A busy street makes overnight stays noisy, while the gate is closed from 10pm-6am. The owner speaks English, accepts cash in zloty only, and there is a cash machine nearby; the parking is considered very expensive.
