Chemin de la Prade, 31440, Cierp-Gaud
Been here?
This is a basic wild parking spot beside a small fishing lake and a small river outlet, suitable for self-contained campers. The spaces are flat and shaded, but there is no water, electricity, toilet, rubbish bin or table. A busy nearby road, including truck traffic, can be loud. It is suitable for a short overnight stop or a daytime picnic.

Nice in itself, but unfortunately directly beside a busy road, including truck traffic. Accordingly noisy.
Excellent place if you are self-sufficient, or if you are okay with ‘basic camping’ (i.e. no toilet, electricity or other facilities). Close to the road, but you do not notice it at night. A small branch of a river nearby, and lots of life in the forest at night. We slept very well here! Enough space for several campervans or 1–2 motorhomes.
Pleasant shaded site beside a small fishing pond. The pitches are flat. There is no water, no bin and no toilet. You can hear the cars on the nearby road a little. I slept well and felt safe.
Space for several vehicles. You can hear the road next to it. We spent the afternoon and night here and everything was fine. No water, tables or toilets. Pleasant place.
Space for two campers. It was clean and quiet in terms of people in the afternoon and evening. Close to the road and you can hear the cars somewhat. Fine for staying overnight.
It is pretty, but the road is too busy and too close to consider spending the night here. Ideal for a picnic or daytime rest
View of a magnificent body of water full of life.
Quick but pleasant picnic
