It’s road parking on a busy road. OK for visiting Waterford but I wouldn’t spend the night.
Handy free place for visiting Waterford, with an easy twenty-minute walk to downtown. It is beside a busy road, though there is ample room. Probably too loud for sleeping, but still useful.
We stayed here for a day to visit Waterford. You park by the roadside; I think it suits vehicles of all sizes. It's free and about a 20-minute walk from the centre. It was perfect.
I live in Waterford, and parking here for several hours should be trouble-free. The city centre is about twenty minutes away on foot. Overnight may be unpleasant because of the busy road.
