Pine shade, safari animal noise

Quiet spot, but somewhat difficult to get perfectly level. Some traffic at night (including the GNR, but they did not say anything), and around 8:00 the park employees drive along the road to park farther away. Calm and safe place; we were alone. Recommended :)✦Translating

It is a good place to camp in a tent, very quiet... The dirt parking area is huge! Be careful not to take the wrong one... The first parking area is for safari visitors and is a little farther away... You can hear cars passing in the morning, but it did not bother us... ✦Translating

Extremely quiet. After the safari park closed on Saturday, I was alone. Sunday morning was also calm, with people beginning to park near the entrance. The bays slope in every direction, but I found one that was reasonably level.✦Translating

Good place for the night. However, be sure to approach from the large main road (go through the construction site, it is possible!), because the alternative route consists of loose rocks and sand. We got stuck and had to be pulled out by a tractor from the safari park.✦Translating

Lovely quiet place. Parking area of a small chapel. It is sloped, but quiet and shaded under a pine forest. Beware of mosquitoes at dusk and pine cones falling onto the vehicle. Very easy access via the safari park.✦Translating

Quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature. The approach is somewhat difficult, so caution is required. The parking area fills up from morning onwards, but it remains reasonably quiet. Pleasant, clean parking area without services next to a chapel. It has shaded areas. Although we did not know about it, we took advantage of our stay to visit the Safari Park, which we really enjoyed. Great quiet place to spend the night, after cleaning up the area (the usual toilet paper, wipes and cigarette butts, but more surprisingly, a bath towel with excrement underneath :( !!), even though there is a bin 50 m away! We slept here overnight. There is no lighting, so the stars are beautiful. It was silent; cars passed nearby in the morning, but that was insignificant. Recommended.✦Translating

A peaceful night up high under the pines. The police came by at 2 a.m. but did not make me leave. I left at 8 a.m. without being disturbed. I did not see a bin. A few bits of paper and bottles... nothing too bad; I have seen worse.

We slept near the animal park. The night was very quiet, but currently the road not far away is under construction, so we were woken around 8 a.m. Otherwise, a good spot.

I am not a confident driver, so I did not continue because the sandy sections looked likely to trap the vehicle. From a distance, it appeared to be a lovely place to stay.

A more or less quiet and somewhat secluded place. Watch out for Google Maps directions, as it may send you along very difficult sandy tracks to get there... It caught me out! ...once again...

Quiet place next to a safari park. At night you can hear the animals. There is a rather picturesque church, with space to park around it and enjoy some peace and quiet. We got up late and nobody bothered us.

Perfect place to spend the night and enjoy some peace and quiet. We slept there for 3 nights and had no problems. The nights were very quiet. Highly recommended :)

Ideal spot for the night, quiet, no traffic, under the pines. We had a lovely evening and a good night’s sleep. The ‘cries’ of the park animals lulled us to sleep. Around 8:00 the park employees gradually arrive, but there is no problem. I recommend it.

Excellent spot! Quiet, not a sound at night. Previous comments mention people arriving at Badoca Park in the morning; if you park on the other side of the small chapel, you cannot hear them. We had a great night!

Very nice spot. We were parked among the umbrella pines, sheltered from the sun, with a pretty chapel right next door. Perfect for a peaceful night.

Quiet until 8:00 a.m., when the employees start arriving. Shaded, with plenty of parking space. Bin available.
