Quiet swimming-pond site, free showers

a good place, but the price is 22 euro pro night, maybe i get back 5 euro when returning the acces card (there is 5 euro deposit in the price at the pay automat). The toilets are closed at nightime and about 200m from the stellplatz. That was a problem for us as we do not use the toilet in our campervan.✦Translating

Still rather sterile. Currently noisy due to excavation work in the middle of the site. The road through the residential area is very narrow. In general, the surrounding roads are in a disastrous condition.✦Translating

Wonderful place. Gentle hills and lots of greenery. A well-organized and spotlessly clean area, very new. The swimming pond is really lovely and pleasant. €12 + €5 for services and €5 deposit for the card used to access and use the facilities. June 29: exceptional weather compared with hot Italy. Toilets and outdoor showers at the swimming pond/clubhouse can be used during opening hours. Very easy check-in and check-out at the machine (also available in English). During our visit, all but two pitches were free, even though we arrived late in the evening. There are different pitch sizes, so larger vehicles can also find a place here. The pitches are wonderfully level, and the site is beautifully quiet and surrounded by nature. The toilets are clean and accessible even when the sports center is closed. However, there are no showers. The WiFi password is provided during check-in and the connection is excellent.✦Translating

Very nice pitch, the night was very quiet, and the swimming pond was pleasant, with a large sunbathing lawn and enough shade from the big trees. The kiosk has a good selection of drinks and food, which many people highly praise. The outdoor showers are excellent and the toilets are clean. We will definitely come here more often. There is no emergency number to call if the card machine does not work. Then there is no way to use the site, including electricity and water, as these are only accessible with the service card. Excellent pitch, everything is very new and in good condition. You can cool off wonderfully in the pond. A few teenagers in the car park were somewhat noisy at night, but it did not bother us or the children. We would gladly return if we are in the area.✦Translating

Great place for little money. The toilets and two outdoor showers are spotlessly clean. The bathing lake is very refreshing after a long drive. On Wednesdays, the adjacent shooting club is in operation. The bakery van with fresh treats was also a nice touch. We would happily come again.✦Translating

The new site is really great. Whether swimming in the pond, cycling on the bike paths around Wüstenselbitz or hiking—there is plenty on offer for active people. The snack bar by the pond is open at weekends. Other groceries are available about 1.5 km away in Helmbrechts.✦Translating

The new parking spaces in front of the motorhome site, which were sufficient for everyone, can now only be used by cars. Not every motorhome needs a large pitch with electricity. Perhaps the municipality could improve this.✦Translating

The new motorhome site has turned out really well, except for this: The control panel on the machine is so high that short people (under 1.65 m) cannot read it, and the sun shines directly on it, causing glare. Positioning it toward the barrier or installing at least a sunshade would have made more sense.✦Translating

Actually a nice place. We stayed here last year when it was still free, but apart from hiking trails and peace and quiet, the town offers nothing. There are also more attractive alternatives nearby, so we will not return.✦Translating
