This is a parking area under a road bridge, suitable as a starting point for exploring Koblenz by bicycle. There is reportedly no height restriction. Traffic is very loud, although overnight stays may be possible with earplugs.

The access road is restricted to a height of 2 m.
You can park and take the bus into town. Otherwise, it is too noisy. Under the bridge you can hear all the traffic on and beneath the bridge; elsewhere in the lot, the parking spaces are too narrow and short. We will not return.
Currently there are no restrictions, including no height restriction. According to municipal officials, the place is apparently due to become managed from 2023, which would mean restrictions should be expected.
