Narrow lay-by, width restriction

Brentwood, Rayleigh Road is a gated layby next to many trees, with a little grass and frequent dog walkers. It is very narrow and has a width restriction, so it is not suitable for wide motorhomes; converted vans and cars are fine. There are no restrictions on stopping or sleeping.
