This is a scenic viewpoint with parking to the right of the path at a dirt-road fork. It has a picnic table, paid binoculars and a viewing board, with views of Saupsdorf and the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Overnight stays are not suitable because of problems with a nearby farmer.

The place is not suitable for overnight stays. We had a very unpleasant encounter with a farmer who insulted us in the worst possible way. You can do without that. However, the place itself really is a dream. We then drove on and parked in the car park at Wachtberghaus. The landlord was very nice and saved the evening.Translating
