Quiet riverside, road noise

Great! We drove a little further and found a spot by the water, with a view of the bridge and, of course, the surrounding mountains. An instant holiday feeling thanks to the sand and the very refreshing dip in the river. Recommended!

Perfect for fishing. A local permit must be obtained online. A very large, beautiful place; after taking the path, we parked among the trees. Two tents and a truck were set up a little farther along the water. Yes, there are mosquitoes...

Silence and peace, close to a stream with water.

This is a huge area with room for many campers. I don’t understand complaints about mosquitoes in summer. This is Norway. In the morning, a group of peacefully grazing cows came by. Access to the river is very convenient.

Very beautiful place and some distance from the road, although you can still hear it. Enough space for several campers. However, mosquitoes can be a problem, as it is situated along a river with quiet side channels and pools. Beautiful view of the mountains of Rondane National Park.

Mosquito invasion… impossible to stay for lunch at 1 pm. We had to leave. What a shame—the spot itself was rather nice!

Nice place close to the river and fun fly fishing. Planty off space, so it won't get crowded that easy.

Superb place. The access is easy, but there is a large hole at the beginning of the track. Keep well to the right.
