Hillside views, difficult access

This wild overnight spot is reached by a difficult 4-kilometer dirt road leading toward Rezi Castle and its natural surroundings. Several small stopping places lie along the track, and vans can reach the castle area by turning right after 3 km and continuing 1 km. The route is narrow, dark, uneven and partly overgrown. The hilltop offers a very good view.

Several places to stop along the track leading to the castle. After 3 km, the access track to the ruins branches off to the right, then continue for 1 km. Accessible with a van or campervan.
We went all the way to the end of the path near the castle. There are small platforms beside the path where you can set up. This allowed us to visit the castle at dusk. We had a very good night.
The site is narrow and dark; you are practically parked on the road. The castle is small—just remnants of walls—but the view is sensational. Our tip for the brave or skilled: simply continue along the narrow, overgrown track almost directly to the ruins. There you can comfortably park at a barbecue area and even spend the night. We stayed here for several days completely undisturbed.

Not entirely easy to find. I recommend using Park4Night with satellite view. 600 m further on, directly in front of the large picnic area, you can also park well.
Nice location on top of a hill but to get all the way up there would have required us to scratch our van on the tree branches. we stayed by the side of the road and walked the rest of the way.
