Dated sanitary facilities and lack of maintenance. The green spaces are really neglected; the brush clearing and maintenance have not been done, and mats of leaves have accumulated, causing an invasion of ants. Friendly staff.

We called very spontaneously to ask about a pitch for our overland vehicle with a rooftop tent. We were welcomed extremely warmly and kindly. The restaurant is excellent, the sanitary facilities very clean and the pool first class. Everyone makes a great effort to keep the place so clean and beautiful. We appreciated the friendliness and were very satisfied.

47 euro for 6m campervan 2 adults and a baby. Sanitary old but clean. Washing machine 5euro, 2 euro dryer 30minutes. Drinking water at pitches and electricity included in the price. Nice restaurant, kids playground outdated but does the job. Mosquitos!

Good pitches with their own water and electricity. The sanitary facilities are outdated and basic but clean. The pool was great during the warm days in June. The restaurant is also recommended, with a delicious menu and friendly staff. The bus takes you to the beach in 5 minutes. We stayed for 2 nights and would come back.

It’s a shame our four-legged friends are not allowed; we had to move on. The employees are nevertheless very friendly.

One-night stay on 1 May, no reservations possible, very friendly welcome. Nice little restaurant. For a van with 2 people and electricity, we paid €30. There is a lovely pool. The sanitary facilities are not exactly new but are clean. The pitches are separated by hedges. I recommend it.

Good campsite, all services working, price as indicated in the previous comment. We cycled to the city of Antibes.

From 14 to 18 April 2026: very friendly welcome, fairly large pitches but some tricky access, black-water disposal okay, grey-water disposal okay but difficult access for motorhomes. Boiler problem in one sanitary block at that time. Nice pool. Easy access to the coastal cycle path towards Cannes or Nice. A train station near this path gets you to Menton and Monaco in under an hour. €30/night for motorhome + 2 people + electricity.

We were at reception at 2 p.m. on 14 May (opening time), then waited until 2:50 p.m. and reached no one, not even by phone. We briefly used the genuinely very dated toilets, which were okay. We then drove to another campsite.

Very pleasant small campsite at a reasonable price. Sanitary facilities not new but clean, with very hot showers—that’s all you need—and open at this time of year, which is rare in a region lacking camping areas. Many thanks to the owners.

Be careful with this campsite. Despite calling and emailing and receiving confirmation of a pitch, there was no space available on arrival. It is absolutely outrageous; apparently this is common practice at this campsite, especially since the same thing happened to someone in a previous comment. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do; campsites are sometimes scarce. But you don’t have to let yourself be taken for a fool!!!! Minus 1 star.

I would say excellent value for money. We paid €25 per day with electricity. The bathrooms are somewhat run-down and the cleaning is barely adequate, but there is hot water. On the other hand, it is very quiet, with a lovely pool, washing machines for €5 and a dryer. There are few camper pitches; most of the site consists of permanent mobile homes. Better call to reserve a pitch.

The owner is very nice and the pool was great. However, the sanitary facilities are old and partly dirty. There was no toilet paper or soap. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you could be in the wrong place here, at least at weekends. The few pitches are right next to the restaurant. Parties sometimes take place there.

Nothing special. Stayed here because other places was full. Owner was kind to us! Pool was nice but toilets and showers were outdated and you had to bring your own toiletpaper and handsoap. Paid 25€/2people.

They wrote to us at night saying we should simply come by. When we arrived at the site, it was completely full. Thanks for nothing.

We stayed here for just one night and luckily found a place at the last minute. We absolutely had to recharge the camper battery. Very nice campsite, but don’t let them put you near the restaurant at the entrance, otherwise you won’t sleep well. I asked them to turn down the music and they said no, and that they would continue even until dawn. Very rude. Fortunately, after insisting repeatedly, they found us another space further inside and we slept wonderfully. Fair price for the place: €35 for two people with the camper, including services. Very friendly staff.

We stayed on the site for five nights. Our pitch was great, with lots of shade, and it was very quiet. Water and electricity were available directly at the pitch. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities were not very clean and outdated. It’s okay, but simply cleaning the toilets with a water hose in the morning is not enough. Twenty minutes on foot to the train station, from where we could reach everything easily. The spa is about 15 minutes away on foot.

Arrived around 8 p.m. after reception closed at 6 p.m.; the barman told us to settle in. The pitch is quite spacious. The campsite is very quiet and family-oriented. The facilities are very basic and somewhat old. The sanitary facilities are clean. We did not use the pool, but it looked immaculate.

Very nice, helpful man. We got a pitch spontaneously and were allowed to choose whichever one we liked best. Everything was clean, just dated, but that didn’t matter!

Excellent base for the French riviera. Mainly permanent caravans but motorhome places available. Shower block is clean and ok with hot water. Bar restaurant excellent with very friendly staff. swimming pool Excellent. Bus from outsde to Antibes/Valbonne. 25 mins walk to bus and train stops to Nice, Cannes, Monaco. Been using the site for 15 years.

€50 for two nights for two people. Sanitary facilities outdated but clean. Friendly staff. Communication also possible in English or German. This is our base for visiting Monaco. It is also possible by train; the station is about 1.5 km from the campsite. Peace and quiet at night!

I wouldn’t go back. Mainly mobile homes crammed in, one of the toilet blocks horribly bad, but worst of all a sticker placed on your windscreen that takes a lot of effort to remove. On the plus side, friendly welcome and only 5 minutes walk to Musée Fernand Léger.

Very friendly welcome. Although they were fully booked, they found a little place for us! The restaurant had very tasty cocktails and pizza.

Very nice, recommended campsite with few pitches. Very friendly reception, and the proximity to the railway is perfect for visiting the coastal towns. We will come back!

We are staying at the campsite: €35 per night for 2 people in a van, a very normal price considering it is high season. Pleasant open pool (no shade), outdated but adequate facilities. The man at reception was very pleasant and happy to welcome us. It is mainly a mobile-home campsite with few camping pitches.

100% recommended. The service is magnificent and the staff are wonderful. Reservations are not possible, so I recommend arriving before 8 p.m. to get a place. There were four of us with a camper and one night cost us €49. They have water and electricity facilities.
