Quiet dirt parking, poor roads

A fairly flat dirt parking area near two very nice viewpoints. Water and garbage are available in the adjacent picnic areas, not in the parking area itself. It is very quiet, but the poor roads make it unsuitable for AC. The recommended approach is from Moaña, where the road is in better condition.
