Been here?
An unpaved, level parking area near Tona Castle and the Hermitage of Lourdes, with attractive views but no shade or services. It is generally calm, especially after 21:30, and the village is 800 m away. Access is somewhat steep and difficult, requiring care with a larger motorhome. The area is useful for a short stop or castle visit.

A place to stop. No shade, but pleasant walks.
No shade, but we arrived in the evening. The police drove past without getting out of the car, which was rather reassuring. Very nice view—super quiet. Access is a little steep, but we got through without any problems. 800 m from a charming and welcoming village.
Quiet place to stay and even cook something for yourself.
Quiet from 9:30 p.m. onward, a new, unpaved pitch. Difficult access; you need to know the dimensions of your motorhome well. Nevertheless, very useful in a pinch and with a superb view.
The parking area would be nice if people were not so dirty! The view from the tower and the castle church is beautiful.
We had a very pleasant, quiet night here. 5G internet is also very good.
Great, peaceful spot set back from the road. No prohibition signs. Please respect the minibus space and the hikers' spaces. Bins are further down toward the cove. Thanks to the municipality of Trefin—places like this are rare.
Perfect for spending a quiet night. We were alone. There are no facilities, but it is ideal for sleeping away from the noise, with a flat area. I recommend it 100%.
Sandy parking area without shade or facilities. Fine for a short stop and visiting the castle. Away from the village centre.
The site have several potholes and you hear the dogs from the surrounding houses barking all day and night, unbelievable!
