A spacious, well-spaced grass campsite with clean toilets and a hot shower. The current reported price is £30 for 24 hrs without electric, with a water hose and rubbish bins available. All pitches are on grass, so access may be difficult after rain. The site is quiet and has a helpful, welcoming owner.

£30 for 24 hrs without electric, expensive for a large field, interesting watching the automatic lawnmower though haha. 2 ladies toilets, hose for water, and bins for rubbish, haven't found the showers yet. update: 1 shower lovely hot water, price update; I was refunded £5 because the people overcharged me, they were very sorry, nice folk and thank you for being kind to sort out my damaged van
A fantastic place either a very kind host. The plots are super spacious and you can even get a hoot tub if you fancy it. The showers and toilets are clean, the plot is very well maintained. Highly recommended.
Very nice place. Clean facilities and helpful owner.
Excellent campsite, accessible to motorhomes with all amenities close at hand. The welcome was very responsive and friendly (small wooden chocks were offered to prevent us from getting bogged down during the night!). All pitches are on grass and quite spacious.
Beautiful place, but unfortunately, as stated, being open all year is incorrect; it was closed now. The farmer was willing to help, but we decided to move on.
Lovely quiet grass site with friendly owner, super warm shower and clean toilet facilities! Will stay again
Small campsite near a large farm. Large closely mown lawn. Rustic but clean facilities. One very functional shower. Five huts with spas. At the foot of wind turbines. Friendly owner. Inexpensive. £20 for four people. Van and tent.
Huge lawn, relatively level, only a few kilometers from Seaham Glass Beach. Friendly welcome. There is 1 shower (included) and 2 toilets. Absolutely fair price of £15 for one person in a station wagon.
Absolute gem of a site. We stayed for 3 nights only a short drive to Seaham and the sea glass beaches. Saw Barn Owl and Hedgehog and had a lovely peaceful stay. highly recommend.
Beautiful campsite! There are some cabins with a hot tub and space for campers, caravans or tents. Everything is on grass, so it may be difficult to access during wet periods. Very spacious, with a view of the sea. We received a very hospitable welcome, actually outside opening hours, but we were allowed to choose a spot. One shower seems a little too few if there are more guests, but we had private use.
Well run, very tidy and lovely welcoming site owners. Easy to access the services with the camper.
Great clean spot, nicely kept. Shower and toilets could do with some care but ok.
Nice campsite and David is very welcoming. £25 per night. There is nothing nearby, but it is a restful stopover.
Beautiful quiet site, only 1 shower but immaculately clean, lovely hot water and I never had an issue getting in. Owner friendly and hospitable and nothing was a problem- very helpful. We will be back - great access to motorways, Sunderland, Newcastle and Durham. Beach not too far either!
