Roadside parking, nightlife noise

Don't go there anymore; there is a height restriction and you can't stop!!

Good place during the day, paid at €0.80/hour, but staying overnight is prohibited. Maximum length 6 m.

Place is nice, great restaurants, but you can’t park there with a camper. I got a parking ticket (€130) for staying overnight.

Slept peacefully here last night. No facilities and narrow spaces, but a VW T5 van fitted perfectly.

The parking was great! It is free after 6 p.m., and our 7 m motorhome fit! However, I do not recommend it for light sleepers. Because it is near nightclubs, young people walk along the street returning in the early morning, making a lot of noise. We stayed in summer and spent two nights.

Parked in the afternoon opposite the paid spaces, on the park side, without any problem. Then settled in for the night in a space that is paid during the day but free at night. No services.

If you have a small camper, it may be okay, but we could not stay there with our 7 m camper. It was very difficult even to find a suitable place. Split could improve this. Most parking spaces had a height limit of 2.10 m. Very camper-unfriendly overall.

Currently €7.20 per day in the low season. Payable hourly from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The roadside spaces work for taller vans if the rear can extend over the wall. We slept here for two nights without any problems. There is also fresh water at the playground, which can be collected with a watering can or container. A nightclub is not far away; at night you can hear bass and people.

I agree with the previous review. We were not sent away or anything, but of course it was very loud. Nevertheless, after an evening in Split we slept well, and even with a tall van we found a spot on the road without a height restriction.
