Excellent place with a sincere welcome from the couple in charge. Very customer-service oriented, with a bonus for the excellent selection of Belgian beers offered in the small restaurant-snack bar.

Wanted to stay there, but on arrival realised that the lake had been drained. Moved to another place to stay.

A very pleasant campsite with lovely owners. There is a snack bar where the food is excellent. All the communal areas are very clean. We will return and highly recommend it.

Very basic, family-run campsite, but families are everywhere. At €25 including electricity, it is absolutely not justified. The pitches are on an old mini-golf course, unsuitable for camping pitches.

Lovely U-shaped campsite around a temporarily dry pond. The place is peaceful. Pitches are well marked, on grass or concrete slabs, an old mini-golf area cleverly converted. Perfect sanitary facilities. A charming Belgian couple runs the place and offers decent light meals.

We spent four nights at this beautiful campsite. The sanitary facilities are absolutely excellent. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The food is simple but very tasty. We would gladly return to see what the lake looks like when it has water in it again.

Very well-maintained campsite. There could be more sanitary facilities, as there are few toilets. Some pitches are very sloped, so levelling blocks are definitely recommended. To my surprise, the lake has unfortunately been completely drained. Nevertheless, it is perfectly fine for one night (€17 for a campervan, one person, without electricity).

We have just spent two nights here. Very friendly owners who take care of their campsite, with projects and work underway for the season. Hardstanding pitches from the former mini-golf course. Very nice. The motorhomes are separated, there is a café, and the showers are very good. The people who served us were very kind. I saw a bread oven and barbecue. I do not know whether they could be used because we were leaving early. Early in the morning, the wastewater and water-filling pipes were frozen. This has happened to us often in France. We would return because it seemed very well organised and peaceful. Enjoy your stay.

Very good family campsite, very well maintained by the owners. The sanitary facilities are clean and, above all, heated. The pitches are decent. At this time of year, the campsite is decorated for Christmas. €23.40 for a motorhome with electricity. I recommend it.

Very, very good! Small campsite with a superb view of the pond. Friendly and funny welcome, large hardstanding pitch surrounded by grass. We were there on a very cold weekend and arrived in the snow. Scalding-hot shower; heated and very clean sanitary block, plus delicious real hot chocolate at reception. You can also have dinner there—real fries—and breakfast. Excellent!

Super clean and well maintained! Even outside the season, as the only guest, I was treated to a delicious steak! In the evening, the site was decorated with little strings of lights. Motion sensors came on for the walk to the toilet. Very well done! Everything was simply fantastic—the missing lake did not matter.

No discount for a van, one person, one night, and no electricity. Nothing. Draw your own conclusion.

Very pretty site! Well maintained, with lovely details such as table football and an electric car to rent. The operators are friendly and helpful, and also run the bistro, where we ate excellent steaks. The washrooms are exceptionally clean; only toilet paper must be brought along. We stayed there for one night in our motorhome on the way to Spain. The site is recommended. Very friendly welcome, hardstanding area, baked goods can be pre-ordered, sanitary facilities are clean, and €25 for one night including two people, one dog, electricity, water, and wastewater is perfectly reasonable. We ate really delicious food in the bistro in the evening. Absolutely recommended!

The sanitary facilities have everything you need. But if the campsite attracted you because of its location beside the lake, it is good to know that there is currently no lake. It is completely dry.

A campsite I recommend. We spent 11 perfect days there with a wonderful family and the children. The owner promised me a family-friendly and peaceful campsite, and it was exactly that. Nothing to complain about: very clean sanitary facilities and an excellent snack bar. We will gladly return, because although the pond was empty, the view was still magnificent, so we are looking forward to seeing it full again. Thank you for your welcome and kindness.

We spent one night at Camping L’Étang de Sault and immediately felt welcome. The owner spontaneously helped us with a broken step and solved another motorhome problem the following day. In the evening we enjoyed a delicious, carefully prepared meal in the bar, and fresh bread rolls were ready in the morning. A quiet, hospitable campsite that we will remember with great gratitude!

Placed on the motorhome lane, in full sun and on a slope, lined up like on an ordinary motorhome area. Very disappointed by the setting. On the other hand, it was peaceful, the welcome was excellent, and the sanitary facilities immaculate. In summary, €25 for a simple stopover—one van, one person, one dog, and electricity—is too expensive for me.

Magnificent campsite, toilets and showers more than clean, and the owners are very welcoming. I highly recommend it. Stop by for a little beer; I recommend their Turbeau, imported from Belgium. The setting is very pleasant and deserves a stay of several days. Thank you.

The pitches are pleasant with a view of the pond, which is currently empty. There is a path around it for joggers or beginner cyclists. We will return.

I was here in July 2025, a small site with simple but very clean sanitary facilities and a small on-site restaurant. The operator speaks good German. The only drawback is that there is no water in the lake, which is why I wanted to go there.

Great little campsite. The owner is exceptional. We had a problem with the brake pads and disc on our motorhome, and the campsite owner put us in touch with an excellent mechanic. Everything was fixed the next day for a very low price. The little restaurant is excellent, and the meat is incredible.
